Where a guarantee is offered on a specific engagement, its exact terms are defined in that engagement’s proposal. Our headline promise is simple: if we cannot find measurable gains within an agreed audit, we refund the fee for that audit. Specific conditions apply per engagement.

All content on this website is owned by Braidford Consulting. Deliverables produced during an engagement are governed by the relevant proposal. You retain ownership of your own business data.

We treat all information shared during audits and engagements as strictly confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
